The HR policies of all investigated organisations were assessed in thorough research based on the following criteria: Primary Benefits, Secondary Benefits & Working Conditions, Training and Development, Career Development and Company Culture. Only the organisations that met the strict criteria received the Top Employers certification seal.
Mobistar achieved excellent scores for both primary and secondary benefits and also did well in terms of company culture. The score is slightly higher this year than in 2012 thanks to a number of initiatives launched by Mobistar in 2012, such as the active promotion and support of telework, the launch of a mentorship programme, a new HI-5 awards and seniority celebrations, the relaunch of the company values and the CSR policy.
In 2013, the focus will particularly be on career management to make all employees enthusiastic Mobistar ambassadors. “The company looks after its employees well. Without motivated and loyal employees, it would be impossible to achieve our strategy. This strategy is based on 4 major pillars, which include best-in-class customer service,” according to Mobistar Chief People Officer Anne Cambier.
