Gabriel Flichy named Chief Network Officer, Anne Cambier becomes Chief People Officer

Brussels, 22 October 2012 - Gabriel Flichy, who was previously in charge of network and IT at Orange Switzerland, will replace Pascal Koster as Mobistar’s Chief Network Officer. He will take office on November 15 and will serve on the Executive Committee of the company. His task will be to accelerate the deployment of 3G and 4G technologies in order to adapt the Mobistar network to the growing needs of customers. Another change in the Executive Committee: on October 1, Anne Cambier became Chief People Officer. In this role, she will manage the new human resources department created within the company.

As of November 15, Gabriel Flichy will be Mobistar’s new Chief Network Officer. A precious addition for the company, he’s a telecom engineer with over 20 years of experience in the industry. More specifically, after joining the France Telecom/Orange group in 1990, he has held a series of network and operations positions, both in France as well as the United States. Since 2010, he has been in charge of network and IT at Orange Switzerland. Gabriel Flichy is married and the father of four children.

Gabriel Flichy, who will serve on Mobistar’s Executive Committee, replaces Pascal Koster as Chief Network Officer of the company. After 5 years of loyal service to Mobistar and more than 9 years with VOXmobile (now Orange Luxembourg), which he co-founded, Pascal Koster will leave the company to pursue new entrepreneurial challenges. He will assist Gabriel Flichy in taking up his appointment until 31 December 2012.
There is another change in the Executive Committee of Mobistar. On the 1st of October 2012, Anne Cambier, who was Chief Procurement Officer since 2007, became Chief People Officer. From now on, she will run the separate human resources department within Mobistar. The purpose of this appointment is to give a new impetus to the company's HR in order to reach its goal of becoming the best employer in the sector by 2015.
Anne Cambier joined Mobistar in 1999 after starting her career at Accenture. She holds degrees in Civil Engineering (UCL) and business administration (Solvay Business School). Anne is married and has two children.
