Mobistar today announced it will start to offer iPhone 5 in Belgium beginning Friday, September 28, during a special event for the winning customers of a contest. iPhone 5 will be available for a retail price of 689.99 euro for the 16GB model, 789.99 euro for the 32GB model and 899.99 euro for the 64GB model. As of September 29, the other customers who registered and performed a swap to the nano SIM-card (the Mobistar programme called iSwap) will be invited to buy their iPhone 5 in the participating Mobistar stores, as well as in the telecom corners of the Media Markt and Makro stores . In addition, the iPhone 4S will go down in price, a 16GB model will be available for 599.99 euro and the iPhone 4 – 8GB will be available for 399.99 euro.
Mobistar will set up the biggest Mobistar Center ever to start offering the iPhone 5 at the Heyzel (palace 10) from 7.00 am till 7.00 pm with an animated customer zone and easy access. Mobistar customers who did the iSwap and who won the contest received an invitation for this special event. They were invited to communicate their best fitting timeslot and the model of their choice in order to guarantee a smooth sale and tailor made service. Every customer thus have a personalized appointment with Mobistar to buy the iPhone 5 of his choice on September 28 in ‘avant première’.

Each tariff plan includes a number of calling minutes, SMS and mobile data volume for surfing, mailing, video and much more. If customers subscribe for a 12 months contract, they get 20% off for life on their monthly subscription.
