Ingrid Gonnissen appointed Chief Enterprise Officer at Orange Belgium

Based on a joint proposal by the current CEO Jean-Marc Harion, along with Michaël Trabbia, CEO as of September 1st, 2016, Orange Belgium's Board of Directors has validated the nomination of Ingrid Gonnissen as Chief Enterprise Officer, starting September 1st, 2016.

Ingrid Gonnissen, 54, has 30 years of experience in the B2B world. She spent most of her career with Xerox, which she joined in 1990. Ingrid held various positions before becoming CEO of Xerox for Belgium and Luxembourg in 2011. Known for her enthusiasm and strong customer focus, Ingrid Gonnissen has broad expertise in all areas of B2B.

Jan Steyaert, Chairman of Orange Belgium’s Board of Directors declared: "We’re convinced that Ingrid is the ideal candidate to manage our B2B activities. Her extensive experience and knowledge of the ICT sector will be of great value for the development of our activities on the enterprise market."

Regarding her nomination, Ingrid Gonnissen declared: "Thanks to the excellence of our 4G network and the recent adoption of the Orange brand, we’ve got all the cards in hand to offer attractive and innovative services. Our attention will focus particularly on retention and acquisition of customers, developing our partner network and operational efficiency."

Ingrid Gonnissen replaces Nicolas De Walsche who was managing Orange Belgium’s Enterprise Business Unit Ad Interim.

Orange’s Enterprise Business Unit proposes competitive convergent mobile and landline offers to small, medium and large companies.
